1. Introduction
These Subscription Terms and Credits Terms govern your subscription to Morethan3D.com and your use of MoCredits. By subscribing to any plan or using MoCredits, you agree to these Terms, together with our main website terms and privacy policy.
2. Definitions
In these Terms:
- Account means the customer account registered on Morethan3D.com.
- Hobbyist Plan means the subscription tier priced at £6.99 per month and including 12 MoCredits per month.
- Builder Plan means the subscription tier priced at £14.99 per month and including 25 MoCredits per month.
- Collector Plan means the subscription tier priced at £29.99 per month and including 50 MoCredits per month.
- MoCredits means the in-platform MoCredits issued by us as a contractual benefit of subscription and redeemable only on Morethan3D.com in accordance with these Terms.
- Model means any digital product, file, design, or other item offered for redemption on Morethan3D.com.
- Subscription means a recurring paid subscription to one of the plans listed above.
- We, us, our means Morethan3D.com.
- You, your means the subscriber or account holder.
3. Subscription plans
We currently offer the following monthly plans:
- Hobbyist: £6.99/month, including 12 MoCredits.
- Builder: £14.99/month, including 25 MoCredits.
- Collector: £29.99/month, including 50 MoCredits.
Subscription fees are charged on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. We may change the available plans, pricing, or features in accordance with these Terms and any applicable law.
4. Contract formation
Your Subscription begins when your payment is accepted and your account is activated. By completing checkout or otherwise subscribing, you agree to pay the relevant recurring fee and comply with these Terms. We may refuse or cancel a Subscription where we reasonably believe there is fraud, misuse, or a breach of these Terms.
5. Billing and payment
You must provide a valid payment method and keep it up to date. Subscription fees will be charged in advance on a monthly basis. If a payment fails, we may suspend or end your Subscription until payment is received. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
6. MoCredits as a contractual benefit
MoCredits are a contractual benefit attached to your Subscription. They are not a loyalty scheme, are not electronic money, are not a currency, and have no cash value outside Morethan3D.com. MoCredits may only be used to redeem eligible Models on Morethan3D.com in accordance with these Terms.
7. Redemption value
Unless we state otherwise, 1 Credit is redeemable against £1 of Model value on Morethan3D.com. For example, a Model priced at £50 requires 50 MoCredits to redeem. MoCredits cannot be split across partial payments and cannot be combined with any other payment method for the same Model purchase.
8. Eligible products
MoCredits may be used on all individual models available on Morethan3D.com. MoCredits cannot be used on Bundles (Bundles are treated as separate offers). Any other restriction or exclusion will be shown on the relevant product page or at checkout where reasonably possible.
9. MoCredits accumulation
Unused MoCredits may be accumulated and carried forward while your Subscription remains active. There is no maximum MoCredits balance unless we later introduce one and notify you in accordance with these Terms. MoCredits do not expire while your Subscription remains active, subject to suspension, termination, or misuse provisions in these Terms.
10. Issuing MoCredits
We will add MoCredits to your Account in connection with your active Subscription according to the subscription mechanics we specify from time to time. We may determine the timing of Credit issue, including whether MoCredits are added at the start of a billing period, on successful payment, or at another point in the billing cycle. You will only be entitled to MoCredits while your Subscription payment is valid and your Account is in good standing.
11. Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through the process we provide. If you cancel, your Subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period unless we tell you otherwise. Any MoCredits remaining in your Account may only be used for a limited period after cancellation (Grace period). After that period ends, unused MoCredits will expire and be forfeited. The current Grace period where MoCredits remain available post-cancellation is 60 days.
12. Refunds and reversals
MoCredits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other monetary value. If your Subscription payment is refunded, reversed, cancelled, or charged back for any reason, we may remove any MoCredits issued in connection with that payment, whether or not they have already been spent. You accept that, in the event of a subscription refund, any MoCredits associated with the refunded period will be lost.
13. Upgrades and downgrades
You may upgrade or downgrade your Subscription at any time, subject to the options we make available. If you downgrade, higher-tier benefits end immediately. No proration applies to upgrades or downgrades unless we decide otherwise in a particular case. Any change will take effect from the date shown in your Account or at checkout.
14. No transfer or resale
MoCredits are personal to your Account and MUST NOT be sold, transferred, assigned, exchanged, traded, gifted, pooled, or otherwise shared with any other person. You MUST NOT use MoCredits outside your own Account or attempt to provide Models to third parties by using your MoCredits, except where we expressly permit it.
15. Misuse and fraud
We may suspend, cancel, or permanently restrict your Account, Subscription, or MoCredits if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, misuse, chargeback risk, account sharing, or a breach of these Terms. This includes creating multiple accounts to obtain additional MoCredits, attempting to bypass purchase rules, using automated systems to exploit the platform, or attempting to convert MoCredits into cash or off-platform value.
16. Errors
If MoCredits are credited incorrectly, duplicated, or applied in error, we may correct the balance at any time. If your balance has been increased by mistake, we may deduct the excess MoCredits from your Account. If necessary, we may suspend use of your Account until the issue is resolved.
17. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your Subscription or Account where you fail to pay, breach these Terms, or we reasonably suspect misuse or fraud. Where your Subscription is suspended or terminated, your right to use any remaining MoCredits may also end immediately, subject to any express post-cancellation period we have stated.
18. Changes to the Subscription or MoCredits scheme
We may update these Terms, the Subscription plans, or the MoCredits scheme from time to time. Where changes are material, we will give reasonable notice if required by law or where appropriate. Changes will apply prospectively unless a change is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons. Your continued use of the Subscription after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
19. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights. If any part of these Terms conflicts with applicable consumer law, your legal rights will prevail to the extent required by law.
20. General legal terms
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms should be read together with our main website terms, privacy policy, and any other applicable conditions published on Morethan3D.com.

The following plan benefits apply:
- Hobbyist: £6.99/month, 12 MoCredits/month.
- Builder: £14.99/month, 25 MoCredits/month.
- Collector: £29.99/month, 50 MoCredits/month.
MoCredits may be used against eligible Models at the redemption value of 1 Credit = £1 of model value, subject to these Terms.
