COMMERCIAL LICENSE TERMS
Morethan3D Commercial Print License (1-month trial period)
This license applies to subscribers whom wish to try out 1-month Morethan3D Commercial License. After the first month, if you wish to continue, we will ask you to apply for our monthly Commercial License (£50/month). If you do NOT wish to continue, please let us know by emailing us via: sales@morethan3d.com
Please email us the link(s) to your online shop(s), so we can register you/your online shop(s) in our system as an approved Commercial member
By purchasing this Commercial License, you agree to the following terms:
1, What You ARE Allowed To Do
As an active Commercial member, you may:
- Print physical copies of Morethan3D models
- Sell physical printed models to customers
- Use printed models in videos, photos, and marketing
- Use prints for commissions and custom orders
2, What You Are NOT Allowed To Do
You may NOT:
- Share, resell, or redistribute STL or digital files
- Upload files to other marketplaces or file-sharing platforms
- Modify and resell the digital files
- Claim the designs as your own work
- Use Morethan3D brand names, logos, or trademarks
- Mass-produce via factories or injection molding
- Sell digital prints, molds, or casts of the models
Please note: This is a print-only license, not a redistribution license.
3, Credit & Attribution
Attribution is appreciated but not required.
If you do provide credit, please use:
“Model designed by Morethan3D”
“3D printed model designed by Morethan3D”
“Model file by Morethan3D, printed by us”
“Design credit: Morethan3D”
However, you MUST NOT say:
🚫 “Official Morethan3D model”
🚫 “Authorized Morethan3D seller”
🚫 “Produced by Morethan3D”
🚫 Use Morethan3D logo or brand visuals
🚫 Use Morethan3D product photos or renders
4, Membership Requirement
Commercial rights are valid only while your Commercial membership is active.
If your subscription ends (you do NOT wish to continue after the first month):
- You must stop selling new prints
- Existing physical inventory may still be sold for up to 30 days after cancellation of Commercial License
5, Liability
Morethan3D is NOT responsible for how printed models are used, modified, or sold. The seller assumes all responsibility for product safety and compliance with local laws.
6, License Updates
Morethan3D may update license terms in the future. Continued use of models under the Commercial tier implies acceptance of the latest version.
