This is a 1:2 scale AK-74M display model
Introduced in the early 1990s, the AK-74M was developed as a modernized successor to the AK-74 and became the standard service rifle of the Russian Armed Forces. Featuring a black synthetic stock, furniture, and a side-folding design, it represents the transition from traditional materials to modern manufacturing techniques. Its clean, modern appearance has made it one of the most recognizable contemporary Kalashnikov variants. This 1:2 scale model accurately recreates the external appearance of the AK-74M while incorporating a completely redesigned, non-functional internal mechanism intended solely for 3D printing and display.
