OLIT-S2
Price range: £70.00 through £2,500.00
What is this?
This is a 3D printed 1:96 scale model designed loosely based on the Orbital Launch Integration Tower (OLIT)!
This OLIT-S2 is an upgraded version of the OLIT-S1. We’ve added many new parts on this new version to make it looks closer to the real tower. See FAQ below for more details.
If you have already purchased the OLIT-S1, you DO NOT need to purchase the full OLIT-S2 STL files. Instead, you can just purchase the OLIT-S1 Upgrade Package which also includes all new parts of the S2 version
Inspired by past, current, and future Space exploration missions, we designed a full 3D printable set model of Spaceship, Booster, Orbital Launch Mount (OLM) and Orbital Launch Integration Tower (OLIT) at 1:96 scale with a goal of using it to inspire young children to study more about space science and other STEM subjects.
Please note: Morethan3D Ltd does NOT have any business relationship or association with Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (referred to as SpaceX). Although our space models may reassemble SpaceX’s hardware designs, our models are designed with visual cues from publicly available material from the internet (e.g. photos, videos), combined with our own imagination and tweaks. Therefore, Morethan3D models are not accurate replicas of SpaceX’s products. Our models are not affiliated, associated, authorised, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with SpaceX.

If you want to print this model yourself, your printer needs an absolute minimum build volume* of 216x200x178mm
*Ideally, it would be better if your build volume is greater than 322x228x178mm so you can print the largest single part of the model – the Chopstick_RH in one piece. Otherwise, you’ll need to print this part in two pieces and glue them together. To check if your printer is big enough to print this part or not, you can download the STL via this LINK

Frequent questions
-
What are the differences between the OLIT-S2 and OLIT-S1?
The OLIT-S2 has many new parts (more than 100 parts) added to its earlier version. All of these new parts can be retro-fitted to the OLIT-S1. The upgraded parts are grouped into several themes:
- Chopticks: Alignment guides added underneath the main chopsticks
- Elevator System: An elevator system added to the inside of the OLIT to represent how people travel from the bottom to the top of the OLIT
- Main Pipe System: Plumbing added to illustrate how LOX and CH4 are fed from the bottom of the OLIT to the QD Arm
- Mesh Floor: Perforated floor panels added to various levels of the OLIT
- OLIT Shielding: Additional shielding panels added to the outside of the OLIT
- QD System: Starship QD system added
-
Are the chopsticks strong enough to lift the SPACESHIP and BOOSTER models?
Yes, they are.
-
Does the model come in a cardboard box?
Yes, the model is well packed. It comes in a box with foam/bubble wrap.
-
Does the model come fully assembled or as a kit?
The model comes as a pre-assembled kit and you’ll have to assemble it yourself following our instructions (all magnets will be pre-fitted for you)
-
Can I stack the SPACESHIP on the BOOSTER models with this OLIT?
Yes, of course.
-
Does the STL also include STL of the SPACESHIP or BOOSTER or OLM?
No, you need to purchase them separately.
-
Can the OLIT model be motorised?
Yes, We are working on the motorised version at the moment. You can purchase it as an upgrade package in the near future.
