What are MoCredits?

MoCredits are credits included with your subscription that you can use to redeem models on Morethan3D.

Do MoCredits have cash value?

No. They’re not money, can’t be withdrawn, and only work on Morethan3D.

What are MoCredits worth?

1 MoCredit = £1 of model value.

Can I part-pay with MoCredits?

No. You must have enough MoCredits to fully cover a model.

What can I spend MoCredits on?

MoCredits can be used on all individual models available on Morethan3D.com. MoCredits cannot be used on Bundles (Bundles are treated as separate offers). Any other restriction or exclusion will be shown on the relevant product page or at checkout where reasonably possible.

Do MoCredits expire?

They don’t expire while your subscription is active.
After subscription cancellation, you have 60 days (Grace period) to use them.

Can I save up MoCredits?

Yes. Unused MoCredits roll over as long as your subscription stays active.

When do I receive my MoCredits?

They’re added based on your subscription cycle (e.g. when payment clears).

Can I transfer or sell MoCredits?

No. They’re tied to your account and can’t be shared, sold, or gifted.

What happens if I get a refund or chargeback?

Any MoCredits from that period may be removed, even if already used.

Can MoCredits be taken away?

Yes, if issued in error, used fraudulently, or linked to refunded payments.

What counts as misuse?

Examples include:

  • Creating multiple accounts for extra credits
  • Trying to convert credits into cash
  • Exploiting the system or using automation
  • Sharing accounts

What happens if there’s an error with my MoCredits?

We can correct your balance and, if needed, temporarily restrict your account.

What subscription plans are available?

  • Hobbyist: £6.99/month (12 MoCredits/month)
  • Builder: £14.99/month (25 MoCredits/month)
  • Collector: £29.99/month (50 MoCredits/month)

When does my subscription start?

As soon as your payment is successful and your account is activated.

How does billing work?

You’re charged monthly in advance using your saved payment method.

What happens if my payment fails?

Your subscription may be paused or cancelled until payment is successfully made.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Your subscription will stay active until the end of your current billing period.

What happens after I cancel?

You’ll keep access (and your MoCredits) until the end of your billing period. After that, you get a 60-day window (Grace period) to use any remaining MoCredits before they expire.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, anytime. Changes apply immediately or as shown at checkout. No proration unless stated.

Can Morethan3D change pricing or plans?

Yes, but you’ll be notified where required. Changes apply going forward.

Can my subscription be cancelled by Morethan3D?

Yes, if there’s suspected fraud, misuse, or a breach of terms.

Will my redeemed models be available for download after I cancel?

Yes, redeemed models will always be available for download to your account.
